Customer Service Agents
AIM Media Client Services is seeking Customer Service Agents to join our team!
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, and resolving issues with a high level of professionalism in a high call volume center.
•Respond promptly to Inbound/Outbound calls for assistance with billing inquires, payments, credits, upselling subscription services
•Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support customers specific needs
•Provide information about our products and services
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
•Document and update customer records based on interactions
•Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
•High School diploma or GED •Data entry and basic computer skills •Energetic and articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to prioritize and multitask •Previous call center experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate •Bilingual preferred
